My fitness journey began way back when I was just a bright-eyed 23 year old — that’s 12 years ago now! I was working with a Nutrition Coach on a 12 week program, and felt like I finally understood the mystery of balancing food & exercise. After shedding over 10kg, I began to fall in love with the gym, and specifically lifting heavy weights.
Fast forward to my first pregnancy, and I was struggling — hard! Trying to understand my new body that I felt disconnected with, while balancing my beautiful bub was something so foreign to me.
On top of everything else, I was exhausted. Pushing away help from my husband and avoiding prioritizing myself, I lost myself completely in being a mum.
I knew something needed to change. I got back into the gym, and integrated sustainable changes into my new life. As a result? I finally felt like I’d come back home to myself and realized that hell yes, I could be both a mum AND a person with goals & self-care practices.
My life was changing. I was a happier and refreshed mother, ready to give from my cup and finally feeling invigorated by life again.
My mission is to help other mums like you return back home to yourself. Because you deserve to feel fantastic as a mother and a woman, and appreciate the incredible capabilities of your mind & body.
